12 24 48 96 144 core underground armoured steel tape GYTA53 fiber optic cable
LOOSE TUBE LAYER STRANDED REINFORCED ARMORED GYTA53 OPTICAL FIBER CABLE
Description Features ①Excellent mechanical property and temperature performance. Environmental Characteristics Operating temperature / -40~+70℃ Standards Comply with standard YD / T 901, IEC 60794-1 and other standards.
The structure of GYTA53 optical fiber cable 250µm fiber is positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus material,
and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metallic steel wire strength
member, for some cores fiber cable, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metallic steel wire
central strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular
cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Aluminum plastic coated tape (APL) longitudinally wrapped
and then Extruded polyethylene inner sheath, double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP) longitudinally wrapped
and then extruded polyethylene PE sheath into a cable.
②Loose tube material has good hydrolysis resistance and higher intensity.
③Single steel wire as the central strength member to withstand axial loads.
④Good compression resistance and softness.
⑤Corrugated steel tape longitudinally covers cable core and provides good crush resistance.
⑥PE sheath protects cable from ultraviolet radiation.
⑦Fully cable core filled.
⑧Aluminum tape (APL) moisture barrier.
