GYFTY Fiber Optic Cable LOOSE TUBE LAYE STARANDED NON-METALLIC REINFORCED NON ARMORED OPTICAL FIBER CABLE
The structure of GYFTY optical fiber cable 250µm fiber is positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus material,
and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metallic Fiber Reinforced
Plastic (FRP),for some cores fiber cable, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metallic
central strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and
circular core. After the cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, the cable is
completed with a PE sheath.
Outdoor Rated Fiber Features
① Excellent mechanical property and temperature performance.
② Loose tube material have good hydrolysis resistance and higher intensity.
③ Single FRP as the central strength member to withstand axial loads.
④ PE sheath protects cable from ultraviolet radiation.
⑤ Fully cable core filled.
