GYTA53 + 33 Loose Tube Layer Stranded Reinforced Armored Optical Fiber Cable
The structure of GYTA53n33 optical fiber cable 250µm fiber is positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus
material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metallic steel
wire strength member, for some cores fiber cable, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the
metallic steel wire central strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a
compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core.
which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then the cable core is covered with a
thin PE inner sheath. After the water blocking material is placed outside the inner sheath, the corrugated steel
tape is longitudinally applied. And then, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath. After the single-steel
wires, the cable is finally completed with an outer sheath.
Armoured Fibre Optic Cable Features
①Excellent mechanical property and temperature performance.
②Single-steel wires armoring ensure good performance of tensile strength.
③AL tape longitudinal cover cable core as moisture barrier.
④Corrugated steel tape longitudinally covers cable core and provides good crush resistance.
⑤The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength.
⑥Single steel wire as the central strength member to withstand axial loads.
⑦Fully cable core filled.
⑧PE sheath protects cable from ultraviolet radiation.
